HORRIBLE. I spent over $500 online and one of the products was missing from my order.
Not a big deal, right? Well, I contacted their customer service department who informed me that the product was NOT AVAILABLE and yet I WAS CHARGED. I didn't receive any communication alerting me to this issue. In fact, I would have never known if it wasn't for me reaching out.
To make matters worse, they shrugged it off with a stock response and offered me a laughably basic 15% off. I will take my high-spending, beauty addiction elsewhere.

I ordered an item 10 days ago and am just now receiving an email notifying me of a refund. No further explanation was given.
When I called, I was told the item is no longer available. In this age of technology, what kind of online retail business doesn't have an inventory system with real-time data? And during the holidays, to not be notified for 10 days is unacceptable. I asked the phone representative for a substitution.
There was a partially similar item, but Bluemercury would not match the price of what I ordered - they failed. They just don't care.

I have visited this store three times to give it a fair shot. There is one employee (I think she is also the manager), and she strongly recommends her favorites and is not informative about options.
I have made two purchases that I am unhappy with, feeling pressured. I visited the store this week because of a notification that they have a special offer for my birthday. I need a new foundation and asked for a recommendation. She steered me to her favorite brand and when I suggested it didnt feel right, she continued pushing the product.
I asked about another specific brand I had like before and she tried to steer me away. Reluctantly, she offered to match my shade. I asked her if she was upset with me and she said yes because she already showed her favorite. I asked if I should leave the store, and she said yes.
She did not even offer the birthday gift.
I have spent hundreds of dollars on overpriced skincare for myself and my husband this year at this store. I am done with this store and done with Blue Mercury.

I had a problem with a product that I purchased. The kindly returned the product and refunded my money. I thought it was very professional and in line with what I expected.

I am a frequent customer of Bluemercury. I recently.bought over $400.00 of.products which promised me a gift bag and #4 $20.00 Gift Cards as promised in a promotion.
I received my order but no cards and no gift bag. I have tried contacting by way of email 2x.
And by calling corporate for an answer my calls are dropped. I am very angry with this customer service and know that my items are available elsewhere for the future.

Worst shipping

Placed an order over a week ago and they still havent shipped it out yet. They claim its due to the virus but I ordered several other things in the previous weeks and those shipped out within two days.
Customer service is near impossible to reach and when you do they say it will be shipped soon. Well its now been 9 days since order was placed and still listed as unfulfilled on the account status. This is a $500 Oder I placed! Im absolutely done shopping with them.
They are the most inconsistent and unreliable company Ive dealt with.
Ive had to buy one of the products elsewhere now because Im running out of the current one I have and clearly they wont ship my order soon enough to have the one I ordered from them. So that just cost me an extra $100 on top of the $500 I bought from them!

After waiting for 32 minutes and going from Cue #2 to Cue #1, I was notified you won't take the call and I should leave a message. I have never heard of such poor customer service. I expect to hear from someone 415 505 ****.
